Carrot Cake is by far one of the café favourites! So we thought let’s add a Christmas Twist….

A delicious double-layer carrot sponge made with carrots, sultanas and mixed spices. Iced and filled with a cream cheese frosting. Decorated with cinnamon sticks, rosemary, star anise, and cranberries.

The carrot cake in the café is made Gluten and Dairy Free. However, we can make the sponge not gluten-free if you wish!
